How To Become A Personal Trainer
When my young flew the nest, I felt a little bored and wanted to do something something else with my life. The predicament with going back to this occupation was that you had to work 5 days a week for at least eight hours. Reading about exercises I came across an advert about courses in personal training. I completed sessions at my local gym and this prompted me to go for the course. Bit by bit, my frock size soon went down to what it used to be. I was energetic, fit, able-bodied and raring to go.
To become a personal trainer just takes commitment, thats all. Enthusiasm and encouragement for others is all you need. There was a workshop class available nearby to take an test. I signed on the dotted line and within minutes of the course starting, I was overcome with happiness as I knew I had done the right thing. I passed and achieved the qualification. I was on cloud nine though as it proved my age was not going to hold me back. I was raring to go and had to find premises to set up my new-found business. Being a personal trainer is wonderful, think optimistically, go for it, everybody will benefit.
